This morning in prayer, I tried to focus on thankfulness. I listened to my usual songs and my new fav Come Jesus Come by CeCe Winans. I am so thankful that God has blessed me to teach and share Jesus with people from so many different countries, I am thankful for progress being made in recovering from my second surgery. I am thankful for friends giving me rides and for Uber all of the other times.
Physical therapy is going well although they do not serve coffee and ice cream. This morning I was walking around my apartment without a cane and could stand while making coffee, so progress is being made. It has been 106 days since my first surgery but who’s counting. 🙂

So I have a new goal for my recovery. I would like to go to Ensenada Mexico in October to share in a bible college about what my books Jesus Understands Trauma is about. It won’t be a book promotion, It would be to teach the information for future pastors about Jesus being our Sympathetic High Priest.
