It happened again today. I checked my spam folder in comments and found 3 comments from one of the bloggers I interact with the most. I approved them and replied. Remember to check your spam filter at least once a week. Sometimes a comment left by someone you interact with will be there.

I used to get a lot of spam comments until I changed the settings. It used to be really bad because I would allow anyone to comment, WP user or not. Now I only allow WP users to comment. It cut down on the spam by 90%
As for spam comments from a trusted user, I occasionally have this problem too. It’s good to check the folder at least once a week from a desktop computer. 🙂 Spambox Zero should be the goal!
My spam comment section is overwhelming as there are many pages of comments. I do not go through it.

Oh ya happened to me too..
Happens on rare occasions to me. I check every few days as I don’t get much spam on WordPress and most of it spam. There are a few non-spam that get caught by the filter.
Okay, now I’m feeling stressed out because I don’t know what you or God is trying to tell me with that verse.

It’s so important to do this. I do it very often. Usually I’ve found an important message, but sometimes there have disturbing messages.
Fortunately the disturbing ones can easily be trashed
