It is Wednesday August 9th, or as I like to call it-One Day Closer as in One Day Closer to the Return of Jesus. Each day that comes means exactly that-One Day Closer. It can also mean One Day Closer to me going home to heaven.
One Day Closer also means One Day Closer to no more suffering, sorrow, or pain for those who believe in Jesus.
Jesus promised he would return in John 14:3
“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”
Jesus also let us know that we know the way if we know Jesus in John 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
One Day Closer for me means I am One Day Closer to no more chronic illness, One Day Closer to no more struggles.
One Day Closer also means for me that I want to share Jesus so others are ready for that day.
