The Latino Festival was so much fun yesterday. I saw former students and connected with a few people who have a ministry to Hispanics in my city. I also ate some good food-pupusas a food from El Salvador.

Perhaps a highlight was meeting a new friend from Cuba. We clowned around-Literally. 🙂

It was fun to watch her with the children. She is connected with a Hispanic church whose pastor is a friend of mine. One could say that I met someone who perhaps understands me at my core. 🙂

One of the things I talked with Pastor Hugo about is getting my book Jesus Understands Trauma translated into Spanish. That is something I would love to see happen.

I am grateful to live in a city with people from so many different cultures and since I speak Spanish, the various Hispanic cultures are ones I love to spend time with. Jesus has placed me in a city I can interact with people from all over the world.

Thank you for reading. God Bless.
