This morning I debated with myself about staying home and watching the worship service online. Nothing majorly wrong, just tired and not the best week. But I got up, got ready, and went. After my ESL conversation group, I was walking in the church lobby when the counseling pastor told me he had something neat to share with me.

A woman who read my book Jesus Understands Trauma, made an appointment with him and brought the book along. She started counseling with him. She has had a rough life to say the least.

Just hearing about that immediately gave me a boost. My prayer has been for Jesus to free the captives in life through my book. The woman is on her way to being freed from her past suffering.

Then while sitting in the worship service, an idea came to mind for another short story which I sat down and wrote in thirty minutes at church. It will be included in my upcoming book.

I drove away thanking Jesus for the boost of encouragement. Now I am eating lunch and preparing to go to the Ukrainian church.

How is your Sunday?

Thank you for reading. God Bless/
