It feels like I am being cheated a bit. Today is another snow day with classes canceled at the college I teach for and also the local schools. Why do I feel a bit cheated? Good question. Glad you asked. My teaching schedule this quarter is Monday through Thursday with Fridays off, so I already have the day off. 🙂
Coffee, naps, and blogging are on the agenda for today and perhaps a wrap up of editing for my upcoming book. It is a hunker down inside kind of day here.
Our temps have been quite cold the past few days and the worst is yet to come with below zero day time highs the next few days. Cold, blustery winter days so I guess it is no wonder that when I asked my students in my classes if they wanted to have class inside or outside this week, it was unanimous in each class to have class inside. 🙂
Worship music is playing thanks to youtube videos, one cup of coffee already finished, peeking outside and seeing we actually did not have much snow yet, and you get the picture of my morning. Worship music helps me experience the presence of Jesus in any situation.
