I am blessed each Sunday afternoon to join my Ukrainian friends in worship. I wrote last year about two Ukrainian sisters. Their voices are beautiful as they sing together. Abby is the one in the white sweater. She leads worship. Ester is the one wearing a jacket and blue jeans. Ester is the one who has the violin.

I love this song partly because they sing Hebrew words for God in the chorus. I could listen to this song all day. I feel it in my spirit at times as I go about my day.

Abby’s baby boy Nathan is almost 15 months old now and walking- A LOT- as he explores everything. Ester is married now and is the happiest I have seen her since they came to America.

It has been such a blessing to see God at work in New Breath Church these past months and I look forward to the coming months.

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

  1. Hello, brother Matt! It’s so good to read your words and know all is well. I want to hear the sisters for sure; I’m not able to watch the link, though.
    What blessings and miracles, too! God bless you! I pray you’re well!

    1. I am ok
      How are you little sister? been praying for you

      1. I’m so glad to hear that! I’m hanging in there, brother! I’m “hit and miss” here. My life isn’t consistent~except for Christ! 🥰 we had a beautiful celebration of life for my uncle, my eldest son was in with me for several days (both sons in the Air Force and this was the first time we’ve had time alone in 9 years~my youngest wasn’t able to attend). I ended up with a virus and it seems I always have appts! But in between I meet with my support group via ZOOM, stay in close contact with family, take care of responsibilities (you know how life is!). I’ll have another treatment this Thursday. I can’t believe it’s time again. About the time I get over the side effects, it’s time for another one! lol 😂 but I’m thankful to God no matter what. For every good hour and day.;all my blessings. I feel the prayers. I’m living on them! Each morning you, Tangie, and Gary and his family are in my prayers. I just love my family here and all the prayer warriors we have. It’s such a blessing! Thank you for praying for and supporting me, brother.

      2. How are you feeling today little sister?

      3. Hi brother! I had pain and high blood pressure yesterday~no treatment {God had a plan already!}
        They’re giving my body a break for a few weeks so I’ll have a big day of two treatments ~I needed a break, Matt! I have responsibilities that need tended to, so I was glad to have a break. I’m going to call surgeon today per requests~and I’m taking part in studies, one which requires an hour this afternoon just per phone. I didn’t sleep much~but Joy in my heart and it’s a beautiful day to be grateful and show God’s love!
        I pray YOU are doing well~are you getting ready for your surgery? Feeling strong enough?
        My prayers are with you too! I appreciate you!

      4. I just called this morning to set up my pre-op physical with my GP so it is getting more real now.
        Prayed for you little sister

      5. I’m praying NOW for you. If I lived closer I’d sure love to help in any way. I will offer prayers and support however I’m able.🙏🏻
