I’ve been experiencing a bit of a log jam of writing ideas. The final prep for my upcoming book is one of them. The others are for a book that will come out close to Christmas and another one is in there too. On top of all of that, a message to share this Sunday is taking up space in my mind too. So I have not been as active blogging of late.

Last week was so cold that penguins would not have even liked it, so it was mostly a stay home kind of week with no coffee shop visits. This week we are above freezing every day, so the snow melt has commenced. Next week we will hit a balmy 50 degrees, 10 degrees Celsius. So the coffee shop will be on the agenda this weekend and next week. Coffee shops are wonderful for writing. 🙂

For me the best thing about writing is knowing someone has been blessed by something I have written. Last Sunday I saw a young woman at my church who is reading Jesus Understands Trauma. She has had a lot of trauma in her young life. She shared with me that the book is helping her and she is journaling with it.

That is my prayer for my books for Jesus to draw people to himself and bless them.

This morning I woke up with a worship song in my spirit and prayer on my mind. Then it was time to post in my blog and later today after my morning class catch up with my fellow bloggers. Tomorrow is a day off for me, so final prep for my upcoming book Encounters with the Ancients will commence.

How has your week been?

Thank you for reading. God Bless.
