First off, it looks like next week my book Encounters with the Ancients will be published. The book will have two parts, Book 1 Their Stories and Book 2 Jessica’s Encounters at Solid Ground Coffee Shop. Jessica’s Encounters is a short book form of a short story I wrote. In the future, I hope to write Book 3 which will be a story teller interviewing those who were around at the birth of Jesus and Book 4 which will be the story teller interviewing people who were around during the arrest, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus.

After Encounters with the Ancients comes out, my hope is to finish one about what Jesus thinks when he looks at us. That is more of a devotional book.

All of this writing might help explain my absence for days at a time from blogging. But today I would like to share some more from my comments section that caught my attention.

A follow up idea and comment to the discussion last week about the idea of a T-Shirt that says A Language Nerd for Jesus was from catsandcoffee at midlifecatlady64.wordpress.com She noted- “Oh Good and maybe you can sell them. A Language Nerd doesn’t have to be different languages..it could also be interpreted as liking Language, like I do.”

Good point. I also like to play word games online, so I have a double whammy of ,language nerd. 🙂

Gary of garyfultz.com commented on my Valentine’s Day post- I smoked and roasted a brisket to help celebrate (cut with a fork quality). My wife made a French silk pie. Lots of other fixins….Enough for 3 days of celebrating. Too bad you are not closer.

Gary I think you should move to the southern climate of my city in Nebraska, then I could stop by anytime you cook. 🙂
