This morning at church we had Sent Sunday. Twenty of the Thirty plus missionaries my church supports came. We had tables in the lobby to talk with people. Pastor Daniel gave a great message about being sent and at the end of worship all twenty of us came to the front to be prayed for. I was actually able to stand the whole time.
It was also a time I could share a bit with my fellow missionaries. That includes talking with two local ministries about my books and perhaps connecting with them, It was great to see my old friend Jim. He was the old timer among us having served as a missionary all of his life whether in Congo or France.
Today was the boost I needed after four months of dealing with my leg issues. Jesus birthed some new vision for ministry for me today through dialoging with others. July is once again a month of Jesus doing something new in my life.
Just now I talked with Oksenia and Maxim a young couple from Ukraine about helping me look at different themes for my blog. I am at New Breath Church waiting for worship here.
