Romans 8:22-24-For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope  that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time

Everything in creation groans. Think of the lion will lay down with the lamb not eating the lamb. But could it be possible that creation being liberated might mean what I hope it could?

I have absolutely nothing to base this on. Sure there was a movie long ago claiming all dogs go to heaven, but that was only a movie. What is it I hope the passage could mean? That I would see my childhood dog again. It would be so cool to see her running up to me in heaven.

Okay so enough with silliness. But with as beautiful as the scenery is in some places on earth such as the mountains, the forests, the beaches, have you ever considered it is all part of a fallen world? Try to imagine the astounding beauty of what creation will look like after Jesus returns. Try to imagine what the new heavens and the new earth will look like.

But still, maybe, just maybe, I will see my childhood dog again. 🙂

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

      1. ❣️Brother, I’m glad we’re moving forward together. Between us, we’ve got two good hearts and some working limbs! I’d say we’re winning! Slowly, but surely, my healing is happening. Many blessings, Matt!

      2. I am glad your healing is happening little sister. Have you been on any walks recently?

      3. Happy day, brother—thank you! I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed by responsibilities, yet, also overwhelmed by God’s grace, love, and strength. Yesterday, in between two ZOOM appts, I took Finn to a beautiful botanical garden area. In an area of many trees, I sat and prayed, gave thanks, and enjoyed perfect temperatures. Our time there was shorter than what I desired—and it had me thinking of how beautiful heaven must be. Today, a very important meeting with someone who will help me navigate through some medical situations that impact my life. Through it all, God is on his throne, brother! I prayed for you. May he continue healing you as we walk HOME! God bless you!! 🙏😊

      4. Is Finn patient while you walk with him?
