Thursdays in November seem an appropriate time for gratitude posts since Thanksgiving is on the last Thursday of the month this year. So here is week one’s gratitude post.

I am so grateful to have made it through this year. My first surgery was expected and I went into thinking a four or five week recovery period. But oops an injury while in physical therapy resulted in a second surgery and 21 weeks of physical therapy.

Prayers have been prayed for me. Countless rides from friends have been provided. Some financial help for medical bills was given. Thanks to Jesus giving me strength, my ministry continued as did teaching my classes.

On Tuesday this week, I actually walked, albeit slowly, home from voting. It was eight blocks. I am still not quite ready to run a marathon, but progress is being made. 🙂

What are you thankful for?

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

I am thankful for Jesus taking my death penalty, giving his life for me, going to hell and striping Satan of the keys to death, regaining the title deed to earth, his resurrection, and my redemption, salvation, and abundant life through Jesus.

    1. Jesus paid it all
      All to him I owe
