Isaiah 40:31-but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Spending time with Jesus in prayer, in his presence, is time for our strength to be renewed, our spirits to be refreshed, our souls to be encouraged. Life’s ups and downs will come and go. Hardships come and go. But Jesus promises to be with us always.
This beautiful song by Katie Williams is a wonderful reminder of the importance of spending time in the presence of Jesus.
