1st Corinthians 2:9- However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him

Yesterday my time at New Breath Church was a wonderful time. We had communion, great worship songs, and focus on Jesus.
They asked me to share a message and what I felt Jesus put on my heart to share was from 2 Corinthians 4:16-18.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
In my message, I shared that this life is hard at times, but we do not look to this life or our circumstances for hope. We look to Jesus and our eternal destiny for hope.
Also that we cannot fathom how awesome heaven will be for us and all of the things God has for us.
So when this life takes a downturn, at times suddenly, yes we take comfort from knowing Jesus is with us in the low times, the troubles, but our hope, our eternally solid hope, is what God has in store for us in eternity.
I recorded a short 3 minute video while sitting in the lobby. You can hear the worship team warming up. Just wanted to share a slice of my life from where things happen.
Thank you for reading. God Bless.
