In my new video post, I share about Mercy, how it became important to me and why it is on my mind so much this week.

My heart is heavy for those who might have their legal status revoked and be sent back to their country. Nothing has happened yet. It is just something I have heard might happen.

Prayer is needed for them and for me as I continue to share life with them.

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

  1. My heart hurts for our refugee friends, too, Matt.
You have given much time and energy to minister to them in Jesus’ name, and I can only imagine the burden you feel. I’m praying with you that their status will not be revoked. Nancy and I will also continue to do what we can to help them. 🙏May God give you, and your refugee friends, the peace that passes understanding. Amen

    1. Thank you for praying for them David. As I think about the help you and Nancy give them I think of Hebrews 6:10

  2. So even if they are here with legal permanency there’s a chance they can be sent back? I don’t get it🤷🏼‍♀️

    1. They do not have legal permancy because the previous administration arranged for them to have temporary protected status that can be renewed every two years. So even though they are refugees, who have legal permancy, they are not classified as such.
      Thank you for asking
