At an age that it is tempting to coast and just relax, I do not want to give into that impulse. So it is with pleasure that I can share my first Saturday morning group with New Breath the Ukrainian church is in the books.
As I sit here writing after my class, the 9 people who came are interacting and making new friendships. One young man is from Tajikistan, so he is a Russian speaker. My friend Vitaly from Ukraine has been talking with him.
Philippians 4:14 comes to mind- I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
My desire is to keep reaching out to people with the love of Jesus until Jesus takes me home to heaven.
