Life at New Breath Church-Ukrainian Church

Just came home after teaching a conversational English class at New Breath the Ukrainian church I have been a part of. The women will have a women’s fellowship this evening in the home of one of the young women.

One woman, Hannah, has been coming to the English class, but is not connected with any church. Her husband is stuck in Ukraine, so Hannah is here with her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. Hopefully she will join the women for their group today.

Last Sunday, I tried to convince the women that cooking for me would be a fun activity for them. They just laughed. Oh well, it was worth a try, right? 🙂

In three short weeks, New Breath will become an official part of The Evangelical Free Church at the upcoming District Conference. The following week, they will have a 2 year anniversary celebration.

It has been a blessing for me that Jesus connected me with them. I look forward to more minstry alongside them.
