In difficult times who can we look to? When we struggle with feeling isolated and worried. When we struggle with chronic illness. When we are faced with financial troubles. When it seems the whole world has gone crazy.
I love the lyrics in Alisa Turner’s song Lift My Eyes. Think about the fact that Jesus is more faithful than the rising sun. He is not only more faithful than the rising sun, he created the sun.
Jesus defeated death for us. He is the Lord of Lords. He has all power. Best of all for us is that Jesus loves us so deeply. We can look to him in difficult times.
