This week has been a up and down week so far. Sunday I could barely get out of bed.

Tuesday my Citizenship classes began again but I had a headache most of the day which caused me to miss some appointments online in the morning.

Such is life with chronic illness.

So in the evening it was time for some music. Tasha Cobbs songs are special for me when I need to be lifted up. When we take time to praise and worship God in the midst of difficult times, it helps to lift heaviness off our spirits.

How is your week going so far?

This is the song I listened to on repeat. I love Tasha Cobbs.

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

Life with Chronic Illness is certainly not easy 😰

    1. No it isn’t easy but Jesus helps me

  2. Ah man. Hope you’re feeling better. I can totally relate.
I’m adjusting to new stronger chemo and it has a warning that it has bad side effects. Man am I feeling it….. fevers, severe abdominal pain
Then add in fibro pain and lupus/arthritis acting up because we’ve hit winter here.
It’s a battle and I totally understand the magnitude of this. Us spoonies know… sending you light and love 💞💞

    1. Thank you 🙏 prayed for you

      2. But it can’t happen unless the teacher gives the student a meeting number 😉

      3. Wow. Now isn’t that a coincidence.

  4. Sorry to hear you’ve had an up and down week. Summer has been kinder to me than Winter, but still have my tired days, exahausted mornings and mood swings. The mood has been better this week. I’m getting out into the sunshine a lot and working on spending more time with Jesus.

Your post brought this verse to mind “To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.”
    ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭61:3‬ ‭

  9. I speak strength and healing to you in the name of Jesus. The name above that diagnosis.

  10. Sorry about this big bro. I do pray for a better day today and the coming days.
    Do stay good. 🤗
