One of my prayers in recent weeks has been about my writing. It has not been a prayer for more followers of my blog or to get rich. My prayer has been asking Jesus to help me glorify him through writing.

When I think about what Jesus did, what he sacrificed on my behalf, on our behalves, it causes me to want to lift his name up. In Philippians 2 we read:
In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
As I get older and less able to do some things that I used to do, writing is something that I enjoy and can still do. My desire is for my writing to glorify Jesus whether it be blogging, my upcoming books, the book ideas I have in the future, or prayer partner emails. That is why my prayer is for Jesus to help me glorify him through my writing.
Thank you for reading. God Bless.

Thank you little sister. How is life in the Philippines?
Hi, brother Matt, thanks for asking. It is good hear, by the grace of God. Weather is getting warmer, and power outages start again 😅 but all in all, it is good. At church, we are pretty busy, too with reach outs in neighboring homes.
I hope all is well with you, too.
I am ok. Good to know about your church
Amen. I join you in your prayer; may my writing and actions glorify Jesus.
