It will be interesting to see what develops after my meeting with Alex the new Director of Creative Ministries at my church. We met for an hour yesterday and talked about making videos based on short stories I’ve written for my upcoming book Encounters with the Ancients.
Sunday morning I spoke with the counseling pastor for my church about doing a seminar regarding trauma, depression etc. When I mentioned it to our lead pastor, he told me to message him about it.
So two books written and published, a third one on the way, making videos and developing a seminar, how did all of it start?
It started with two things, writing drama pieces for my church and blogging. But behind those were time in prayer. Time with Jesus sparks my creative side. My desire is for any creative ventures in my life to point to Jesus.
It is exciting to see what will develop, but first I think I need a nap. 🙂
