Hello my fellow bloggers and readers. It’s me again. Yes, I am still alive. It’s been a minute or should I say a few weeks. Update-knee surgery for me and the recovery process not the most fun I ever had. 🙂
My knee was so bad before the surgery that the muscles involved, ie quad, had atrophied a bit. That has made physical therapy a challenge. I go three times a week.
I spent the first two weeks after surgery with an ice pack on my knee, with my leg elevated, not doing much due to also being on pain meds, so no blogging or writing.
This week it seems a corner has started to be turned. My need for pain meds has lessened, therapy seems to be better, and I have started walking a bit in my apartment without a walker. Oh and the surgeon took the 41 staples out.
This afternoon I will meet with Alekseyi to help him with some paperwork so New Breath, the new Ukrainian church, can become an official church plant for my denomination.
I plan to be at both my church and New Breath on Easter Sunday.
Just a brief update. I will try to catch up on other bloggers this weekend.
