The Election is over-finally! Time to breathe and enjoy a day of no political ads and no political mail. I have to admit that last night I stayed up watching the results because it actually looked like the decision would come Election Night and it did. No weeks long drama 🙂

So today is a day to relax at home, teach a few classes in Zoom, take a nap, and catch up with fellow bloggers.

Speaking of fellow bloggers, I will wait for my fellow Jedi, Pooja, of lifesfinewhine.ca to explain this new promotion that appears when I go to log into my blog before I click on it and figure out if it is a good thing to explore.

Speaking of relaxing at home, after having slept late, teaching my class in Zoom, and writing this blog post, it is time to listen to worship music and pray including praying for some fellow bloggers.

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

  1. I am so happy it did not drag on

  2. Now we pray for all those remaining in authority and those who are coming into positions of authority, that as a result of their leadership “we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness” (1 Timothy 2:1-2). May God grant our leaders wisdom!

  3. I sensed you needed me to explain the promotion haha. I don’t know if you’re aware of this but WordPress and WP Engine are really going against one another recently. I believe this is WordPress’s attempt to encourage WP Engine users to switch to WordPress.

    1. Which one do you think is better?

      1. WordPress is better in my opinion as it’s faster with loading and the community is great.

      2. so we can keep our domain if we switch?

      3. Yes, you can transfer your domain and all your content as it is.

  4. A relaxing day at home is a great way to spend a day, coffee, writing, worship music, prayer, what more could you ask for!

  5. Well said Matt. There is a fragile calmness as our nation moves forward. There are always tender bruises after any election.

    1. As with any election- the leaders are temporary. Jesus is our eternal King
