It has been a long three years since the blueberry blessed me at my coffee shop. It almost faded into distant memory. Yes, I buy blueberries all the time to enjoy with my morning breakfast, but still there is something special about the blueberry blessing me at the coffee shop.

Tuesday, as in New Year’s Eve, it happened. There they were. Gluten Free Blueberry Cupcakes. I did a double take and checked to make sure my eyes had gotten it right and yes indeed it was true. Gluten Free Blueberry Cupcakes.

So I bought aforementioned Blueberry Cupcake to enjoy while drinking coffee and catching up with fellow bloggers wondering if it was a sign of good things to come in the New Year.

Could it be a sign the Jesus will work in my life? Could it be a sign of new opportunties? Not so sure but it is fun to wonder.

    I’ve given up gluten, too, and it’s given me an appreciation for the things I can eat, since they’re rarer than the treats that normal people have available to them all the time. I can see how a gluten free blueberry muffin would feel like a party. 🎉😉👍 Happy New Year!
