I’ll take it as a sign of progress. Yesterday I was able to walk a total of two miles, not all at the same time, but after two surgeries on my leg last year and numerous weeks of physical therapy, it seems like progress to me.

Walking gives me a chance to clear my mind and pray as I walk. In the past, ideas have come to me while walking such as ideas for blog posts, ideas for writing, ideas for ministry.

Can you imagine what it must have been like to walk with Jesus while he was on earth? Walking with Jesus like his disciples did would have meant listening to his teaching, witnessing his miracles, and basically having your mind blown away.

We can walk with Jesus now. He promises to always be with us. His is called Immanuel-God with us. Everywhere we go, Jesus is with us when we trust in him as our Savior. We can learn from him by reading the bible. We can witness miracles as lives change and our own lives change, and we can have our minds blown away in awe and wonder at the works of Jesus.

Thank you for reading. God Bless.
