We had a welcome rainy day yesterday. It was a gentle soaking rain all day. I say welcome because we needed it and also because in January, if it had been colder, the inch of rain could have been a foot of snow. But we will leave the snow to those living north of here such as one fellow blogger living in Minnesota who I think might have a dogsled and snowshoes.
It has been a blessing to be back in class with my students this week. My class that started this week is a low level English class. Next week, my other classes will start. It feels good to be back with students and back to starting my days by praying for my classes.
One thing I pray for concerning my students with a very low level of English is that Jesus woul visit them in their dreams. I also pray Jesus would bring someone into their lives who speaks their language to share Jesus with them.
Prayer is so vital anytime and especially these days with all of the turbulence happening in the world.
Well, it is Friday, which means after class it will be Friday afternoon. Perhaps a visit to the coffee shop is in order.
