It was a special Mother’s Day for Ruslana, Pastor Alekseyi’s wife, because not only was she honored along with the other moms, but she also had a special event to watch. Her daughter Susana got engaged last Friday and at the end of worship service Sunday, Susana’s fiancee Tony came to the front with a big bouquet of flowers and both families joined Susana and Tony up front while the leaders prayed for them. It was a wonderful moment to observe.

Before that, the men in leadership at New Breath Church walked around and gave flower bouquets to the moms thanks to a generous person who donated the money for the flowers.
New Breath is in a transition from meeting at its current location to meeting at my home church. When New Breath first started its current location was chosen because it was in the area most of the Ukrainian refugees were being place. But three years later, they have spread out around my city. My home church is a larger facility and will be a good home for New Breath.
Seeing New Breath grow causes me to think about the truth of Philippians 1:6-“being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
God has been at work and will continue to work. He is always faithful
Update on my health- The cardiologist said my test results are normal so the issue is not my heart. Thank you for praying.
