So it’s been more than a hot minute since my last post. Just kind of trudging along. A lot of relaxation has taken place along with waiting for the next medical test.
Past Julys have been significant in my life, but this July not so much at least not so far. July is the month I rededicated my life to Jesus in 1989 while listening to First Call’s song Lord of All. It was in July 2001 that I started teaching for the college. Those are just a few examples of Jesus working in my life in July.
My pastor this morning talked about how Satan’s goal is for us to be discouraged so we quit trying. When going through hard times, that is a temptation, but I am happy to report that though I have been silent here, ministry goes on. Yesterday morning I met with two new friends from Ukraine to help them with English. We will meet each Saturday.
So important for me to focus on Jesus as Hebrews 12:3 says-
Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
