My classes at the college are back in session starting this week. It was a long break and I am ready to be in the classroom again. Yesterday evening was one of those special divine appointments.

Only one student came the first night which is not unusual. The others will come Thursday hopefully.
The student who came is a young mother of a six year old boy. She is married and a homemaker. This is her first class in America and she is a bit shy. She speaks Spanish so we spoke a bit in Spanish.
We spoke enough for me to find out she is a Christian, so I told her in Spanish, “eres mi hermanita en Jesus,” you are my little sister in Jesus. That helped her relax and she smiled. We practiced conversation for one hour after her time on the computer.
I believe Jesus wanted her to be the only student, so I could share with her and help her feel more comfortable about being in class. She won’t feel lost in the shuffle of class. I love how Jesus cares about his children.
Thank you for reading. God Bless.
