My adventure today is coming to the coffee shop. It is noticeably empty today due to it being summer, so it is a good time to blog. Something I have been reflecting on this week are reasons to be grateful while living with chronic illness. One issue I am grateful for is also a reason to pray for others.

As hard as it is at times to live with chronic illness, that kind of suffering greatly pales in comparison to what my brothers and sisters in Christ experience in other countries where they are persecuted for their faith.

So while I am grateful for being born in and living in the USA where I am free to worship Jesus and be a Christian, at the same time I am concerned for those who face death, jail, persecution in places like Iran, China. Nigeria and other countries.
My prayer for them is to feel Jesus with them, for their safety and protection, and for God to provide.
Thank you for reading. God Bless.
