After having taught for 27 years in my city, there is perhaps not much left for me to say it’s a new one on me. Well, this morning I experienced one I never expected. I went to teach my morning Refugee Class that meets in a church only to be met by the Coordinator waiting outside to tell me class was canceled because, the church had a flea infestation. Fleas canceled my class. I never thought I would say that.

So what is a boy to do? I got my haircut and now I am sitting in a coffee shop blogging.

So this morning events got me thinking about the never seen that before things the disciples saw Jesus do and how amazed they must have been. Jesus walked on water in a storm. He turned water into wine. He fed thousands with a few loaves of bread and a few fish. The list could go on and on.

The ultimate one would be Jesus’s resurrection. Can you imagine being there to see Jesus after his resurrection?

One to ponder is what 1 Corinthians 2:9 says- However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love him.”

Thank you for reading. God Bless.
