I woke up this morning this morning and my first thought was that today I can take a nap. I have already promised myself that when I return from teaching this afternoon, a power nap will occur. It is a reward to myself for finishing my evening classes. 🙂

My pastor says sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is take a nap. The first time he said that, I quickly concurred. My therapist told me to be kind to myself and what better way than to take a nap today.

My evenings will be free for the next ten days. I am looking forward to having time to do more writing for my bible study guide on living with trauma and depression/anxiety. The school year for my morning and afternoon classes is winding down with only seven weeks left. My summer plans are to hang out at the coffee shop and do some writing.

Hope your day is blessed.

Thank you for reading. God Bless.
