March is here. March is the month of roller coaster weather. The month that politicians decided we should change our clocks. The month that St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated.
Where I live, it has felt more like March than February for most of the past month. We had thunderstorms Sunday evening.

It was in March 1997 that it was my privilege to participate in a weekend training at my church in preparation for a ministry trip to Romania n June 1997. We started the weekend with a small thunderstorm that came before a sudden change to snow. We ended up with thirteen inches of snow.
Do you enjoy sudden changes? For me, it depends on what the sudden change is. A doctor telling a person that they need surgery is not welcome news. I experienced that recently. It was not a fun time.
Being told one is hired for a job is very welcome news. I was asked last night if I would take on one more class with the college. The extra income will be nice.
Changes that are sudden to us are not sudden to God. He knows what our needs are before we ask him. Jesus taught that in Matthew 6:8
Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
It is also comforting to remember that Jesus never changes as Hebrews 13:8 says:
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore.

So March is here with all of its changes. May your month be full of blessings.
Thank you for reading. God Bless.
