Oleg is one of the pastors at the Ukrainian church I have partnered with the past ten months to help Ukrainian refugees in my city. He is incredibly busy running his own business and ministering at the church. He has been a leader in helping the refugees who come here as well.
He left me this message on my Facebook-“Happy birthday, brother Matt! Thank you for your heart for the Lord and His people. Your book “Jesus understands trauma” is phenomenal. God bless you, brother!”
We have start emailing about getting my book Jesus Understands Trauma translated into Ukrainian. We have also discussed me making videos with a translator to share about the message in the book for Ukrainian refugees in Romania, Poland and Ukrainians staying in Ukraine. My thinking is they do not have the money to buy a book, but they can watch a video posted to YouTube for free.
I feel the vision the Lord has given me for my book is to get it translated in various languages. Also to bless ministries that help those who suffer trauma and raise awareness about those ministries.
It is so encouraging to get feedback from a pastor who read my book and to realize it could end up being translated to bless those who are suffering.
