Woke up to a shot of encouragement from my little sister and fellow blogger Regina of Help From Heaven at isaiah46ministries.com. She read my book Jesus Understands trauma and not only shared a comment on my blog but also gave me a positive review on Amazon.

Her review on Amazon says:

“:I liked that the book was written so everyone could understand his message of hope, encouragement, and inspiration. It doesn’t contain much scientific language, just straightforward talk as if the author is talking directly to his audience. The book reveals that surviving and thriving after trauma is possible through Jesus Christ. The questions asked allow for great discussions in small groups. Wonderful book.”

Her comment on my blog says:

Matt,
“The book is awesome. I will review it on Amazon. I like that you speak from the heart. I can almost see you sitting at the coffee shop relating the contents to those who have survived trauma. The use of Scriptures is so encouraging and demonstrates a real knowledge of God’s words. This is a needed book.”

It never ceases to amaze me how Jesus reaches us through his people at times we need it. Tuesday mornings are my day after weekly medication for psoriatic arthritis. That means that even after my morning coffee I am not so energetic or positive. It usually takes most of the day for me to get going.

But waking up to such comments, shots of encouragement, are such a blessing. I may be groggy for most of the day, but my spirit is not.

Thank you Regina for the encouragement 🙂

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

  1. When we speak from a transformed heart, God changes everything. Your book will be an instrument of change.

In the name of Jesus, psoriatic arthritis, leave Matt in the name of Jesus. No more side effects of grogginess from the medication. When Jesus walked the earth, he had compassion on the sick and healed them. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. By the stripes Jesus he took all our diseases. Praise Jehovah Rapha, are covenant keeping God, our Healer. Praise God!
