The day before Thanksgiving Day in the USA means my short break begins today. No classes to teach today means a day of doing whatever I wish to do. I had planned on sleeping late, but woke up at 7. No worries. I can take a nap. 🙂
One plan is to meet my friends Alekseyi and Ruslana for coffee today. I also plan to do some writing for my new book. My new book will be short stories weaved together by a narrator. The narrator will be anonymous but as one reads perhaps they will figure out who it could be, A few of the new short stories are:
Teen girl being cyberbullied meets Mary the wife of Clopas with Mary sharing about how Jesus was constantly harassed.
A man with depression meets Elijah with Elijah sharing how God responded when Elijah was depressed and wanted to die.
Tomorrow will be Thanksgiving Day and I will spend time with Alekseyi and his family. Not sure what the food will be other than I am sure it will be delicious because Ruslana is a wonderful cook.
