With one phone call I received yesterday, God provided extra income that I needed. The call was from the director for the program I teach in asking me to cover an additional class for the winter quarter. That will help cover costs of using Uber for rides if need be after my knee surgery.

I hadn’t even prayed about that need yet. God knows what we need before we ask. Jesus told us that in Matthew 6:8

Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

The class is the same one that Ester, the daughter of Alekseyi and Ruslana my Ukrainian friends, will be in. I won’t tell Ester. I am going to let it be a surprise for her when she walks into the classroom. 🙂

My winter teaching schedule actually will begin this morning with my Saturday morning group at church starting again after the holidays. Sunday morning will be our belated Christmas celebration due to a few friends traveling for the holidays.

So my lazy days are over. Time to get back into the flow of life for a teacher and in ministry.

What are your weekend plans?

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

How are you? Do you wish you could have snow there? 🙂

      1. I’m doing well! Thank you! I hope you are too. Actually, I would like to have some snow. And I wish my dogs could have some snow. I think they would love it! 😁

  2. I plan to work diligently to finish preparation for two classes that start one on Monday and one on Tuesday. I had a cold and then two days ago, I fractured a tooth in the upper left and needed a crown, so I am moving slowly on antibiotics and pain medication. But I have never missed a first day. I will be ready.

    1. Prayed for you little sister

  3. God is good and all we ever need, your testimonies of His goodness is so inspiring for others, including me. It helps when doubt tries to creep in or for those that our babies in Christ. Thank you for continuing to be a vessel for God, as it helps increase the Faith and Love of others.

“Without “Faith” it is impossible to please him, for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him”.

    1. It is a blessing and privilege to share Jesus with others.
We are having snow here today. Be prepared for cold if you come here 🙂

      1. Good Morning, yes, it is a true pleasure to share Jesus with others ♥

This is yet the plan, it’s been a couple years since I’ve last been in the snow and cold😂 I was born and raised in the North, and I know how brutal the “hawk” can get 😂 I’m shivering now, remembering all those cold mornings in knee deep snow, trying to get to school in my younger days😂 ❄ Have a blessed day, stay warm!

      2. We used to have to walk to school in more snow than we had here this week and uphill both ways haha

  4. Praise the Lord. He provides for your needs even before you ask. What a wonderful God. Enjoy your classes.

    1. Classes will start tomorrow because of snow today 🙂

      1. Okay. All the best with your classes.

  5. The Lord healed my eyes without any medical intervention and without me praying for perfect vision. I was ok with wearing glasses. But, without glasses is ok, too.

    1. Wonderful how the Lord blessed you
