If I used the self check outs at Supermarkets, does that mean I can get coffee from the employee breakroom?

No more physical therapy appointments, does that mean I can hang out at a coffee shop more often?

Which of these questions is more likely to have a yes answer?

Hanging out in a coffee shop is something I have missed these past six months dealing with surgeries and rehab. There is something about coffee shops that stimulate my writing. It is also fun to tell the baristas my jokes and see them roll their eyes or smile depending on how corny the jokes are.

What do I miss the most about hanging out in coffee shops? The divine appointments. Those conversations with someone about God, about Jesus, that would seem like coincidence, but I know were arranged by God in his timing.

So this weekend, it is back to the coffee shop tomorrow to hang out for a while. This afternoon will be at a coffee shop as well to meet with friends from New Breath the Ukrainian church.

What will your day and weekend bring?

Thank you for reading. God Bless.

  6. Awesome Matt that you can renew your pilgrimage to your favorite coffee hangout. My wife and I check in with two different ones, and each fills our weekly journey with goodness shared from others . . . and coffee.
