Each Sunday morning, I wonder what time my friends will come for our conversation group. My group starts at 9ish emphasis on the ish. It’s okay because it gives me time to talk with a few people and get a cup of coffee.

Sundays are fun for me because of spending time with my friends from Cuba, El Salvador, Ukraine and Venezuela. But most of all it is about worshipping Jesus in church with my friends, with my Hispanic friends from conversation group at my home church and with my Ukrainian friends at New Breath.

Can you believe September is already half over today? We are one month away from fall foliage where I live. My college football team is off to its best start in 8 years. I love fall, which is my favorite season for many reasons.

On this the last Sunday of the summer, it is conversation group, worship service, lunch with friends, and then worship with my Ukrainian friends. Then a relaxing week due to being on fall break from classes.
