My new friend helps keep the coffee going for me. It is bigger than previous versions, but a most welcome addition to my home.

It is full this morning and providing a bit of comfort as I get over a cold. Colds or flu for me can be a concern as I can tend to get bronchitis, but so far it does not look like that will happen.

However, I had to cancel my Sunday morning group and also let my friends at New Breath know I won’t be there today. It is a stay at home, try to get healthy, and watch worship service online kind of Sunday.

Staying in where it is warm is not a bad idea what with the over hyped Polar Vortex in town for a few days. What that really means is that it is winter and to no surprise, it will be really cold for a few days.

So coffee, comfort, and worship service online here I am.

Over-hyped cold air mass is exactly right, brother. I said the same thing to my wife—“It’s winter; duh, it’s cold.”

Good choices! While the Arctic cold didn’t drip into the depths of frozen, I must admit that I don’t handle the wind chill quite as well as I did in my youth. I guess my insulation is running thinner in a few places
